This Privacy Policy explains how OMNIUM LLP (“OMNIUM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile applications and games, including World of Drones: FPV Simulator (the “App”).
The App is a free-to-play mobile game with optional in-app purchases, advertising, analytics, and push notifications.

App usage information, such as gameplay events, session duration, level progress, feature usage, rewards, virtual items, balance changes, and interactions with in-game systems;
Advertising information, such as ad impressions, ad views, ad clicks, ad placement, ad performance, and advertising attribution data;
Diagnostics and crash information, such as crash logs, performance data, error reports, device performance, and technical logs;
Purchase-related information, such as product ID, transaction status, purchase date, purchase value, currency, and other information needed to verify and provide in-app purchases.

The App does not require account registration, login, player profiles, chat, multiplayer communication, leaderboards, or cloud saves.
If you contact us for support, send feedback, report a problem, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message content, device information, user ID, transaction details, screenshots, or other information needed to respond to your request.

3.  How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:
To provide, operate, and maintain the App;
To allow you to play the game and access its features;
To manage gameplay progress, rewards, virtual items, upgrades, purchases, and other in-game systems;
To process, verify, restore, and support in-app purchases;
To improve gameplay, balance, difficulty, performance, stability, and user experience;
To analyze how users interact with the App and its features;
To detect, investigate, prevent, and fix technical issues, crashes, errors, fraud, abuse, cheating, or security problems;
To show, measure, and improve advertising;

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks and mediation platforms, including AppLovin MAX.
Advertising partners may collect or receive information from your device, including advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, app usage data, ad interaction data, and attribution data.
This information may be used to show ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, limit ad frequency, and, where permitted, provide personalized advertising.
Where required by applicable law or platform rules, we will request your permission before using your data for tracking or personalized advertising.
On iOS, you can manage tracking permission in your device settings. If you do not allow tracking, the App may still show ads, but they may be less personalized.

5.  Analytics, Attribution, and Diagnostics

We use analytics, attribution, and diagnostics services to understand how users find, install, and use the App.
These services help us understand gameplay behavior, improve levels and features, detect technical issues, measure advertising performance, and make better product decisions.
The App may use the following services:
Firebase Analytics; Firebase Crashlytics; Tenjin; AppLovin MAX.

6.  In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
We may receive purchase-related information, such as product ID, transaction ID, transaction status, purchase date, purchase value, currency, and other technical information needed to provide purchased content, restore purchases, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and support users.

7.  Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications, such as gameplay reminders, reward notifications, service updates, promotional messages, or other game-related messages, if you allow notifications on your device.
You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.

8.  Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, attribution, platform functionality, in-app purchases, and technical operations.
Depending on the specific version of the App, these services may include:
Apple App Store and Apple In-App Purchases; Apple Push Notification service; AppLovin MAX; Firebase Analytics; Firebase Crashlytics; Tenjin; Other analytics, advertising, attribution, crash reporting, anti-fraud, or technical service providers used in the App.
These third-party services may collect, receive, store, or process information according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these providers to understand how they process information.

9.  Who We Share Information With

We may share information with selected third parties in the following cases:
Service providers and vendors that help us operate, analyze, improve, monetize, and support the App;
Advertising partners that help us show, measure, and improve advertising;

After such a transfer, the new operator may provide an updated privacy policy for the App.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
